Visionary Intuitive Healing®: Discovering Your Divine Healing Intelligence

Healing energy is always available to us. In fact it is our birthright. If we did not have access to healing energy we would not be able to heal. The body has the most profound intelligence. The main block to healing is resistance, feelings of unworthiness and invalidation of your Divine Healing Intelligence.
The fact is, healing is not subjected to time or space. A shift in our consciousness can and does happen instantly when we access the knowing, loving, sacred parts of ourselves.
How do I know that this is possible? I myself have experienced an incredible healing transformation and have worked with thousands of others who have changed their lives; from suppression, illness and dissatisfaction to openness, health and the joy of knowing themselves intimately, deeply and profoundly. When you let go of the shell that covers your true nature, you discover the radiance of your authentic Self. You don’t have to believe me. This is not about listening to others, but discovering your own answers.
On the first day of my Visionary Intuitive Healing® course I tell my group that I believe every person who participates receives numerous gifts, many insights, expanded awareness and opportunities for growth, transformation and healing. What I teach people provides a key; however, how each person uses it is entirely their choice. Only you have the power to change your life.
One of my students shared with me that she had never believed that she was capable of freeing herself from the depth of despair and depression she felt, until she discovered that underneath her issues was a deep, profound, transformational love. Not only did she change her life through this healing, but also her relationship with her husband, children and family. She was able to forgive the rejection she felt and learn that she is loveable. She no longer suffers from anxiety, panic attacks, depression or heart palpitations.
Another client realized that her addiction to smoking was a way to feel closer to her father. When she recognized this, her addiction lost all its power. She stopped smoking that day.
Discovering your inner wisdom and tuning into yourself is not something you do a few times a year. It is a way of life. Once you begin to feel the amazing benefits, expand your awareness and experience the power of self healing you will never want to turn back.
My Story
At nineteen I was so unwell and felt so much pain in my back that for weeks I was barely able to walk. Self-conscious, I tried to hide this from my friends and family. Only my husband, Paul, and my mum knew the extent of my pain. At one point I felt like I was living at my chiropractor’s office. My confidence was at an all time low.
The Turning Point
The turning point came when I was in agony and my body felt and looked like it was disfigured. Paul was driving me to my chiropractor and I screamed the whole way. Every bump in the road felt like torture.
Finally, I made it into the chiropractor’s. He took one look at me and said he could not help. I was so upset and angry. I felt hopeless. I had visited so many practitioners, spent thousands of dollars and I was worse then ever.
I felt like giving up; however, the thought of enduring the pain I was feeling for the rest of my life was unbearable.
Later that day, while sitting on my bed, contemplating my bleak future, I had an epiphany. It was like an incredible shift in consciousness; I realized I had relied on others to heal me, thinking that somehow they could save me. The more I gave away my inner power the worse I felt. The answer was clear. I needed to heal myself. But how?
Discovering My Ability to Heal
I had a sense that my body has an ability to heal. However, first I had to discover the purpose of my pain. I felt that something was obviously not working and my body was attempting to give me a message.
Even though I was still in pain, I now felt I had a purpose. I didn’t know exactly how to begin self-healing, so I decided to meditate, which I had never done before. I had read that a good way to start was to count backwards. I began counting backwards from thirty, secretly hoping that I would fall asleep and gain some relief.
After a few moments I saw an image of a disfigured back. Many vertebrae looked out of place and inflamed. Shocked, I thought, ‘I don’t like this dream.’ Then it hit me. I wasn’t dreaming, I was looking at an image of my own back.
I became aware of traumatic memories, which for many years had been suppressed in my back and nervous system. The fear, frustration, anger, guilt and shame I had picked up from my family and other people began to surface. Then I became calm and thought, I am willing to let these feelings go. Within moments I felt a connection to an incredible healing energy. It was like a warm shimmering sun was melting all the rigidity and pain in my back.
I experienced a deep spiritual love as I observed dense energy releasing from my body like puffs of smoke. I then fell into a deep and restful sleep.
The following morning, around seventy percent of my pain was gone. I was so excited; I decided to experiment with this healing as much as I could. Within three weeks the pain had completely gone.
About six months later I saw my chiropractor for a check up. Amazed, he said, “Whatever you are doing, keep doing it, because it works.” After my back pain had released, I successfully worked on healing my skin, digestive problems and anxiety.
Assisting Other To Heal
People began to ask me for assistance to heal. Though I had healed myself, I was skeptical about my ability to help others. I noticed that after practising tuning into my body, my ability to tune into other peoples’ bodies and energy systems increased dramatically.
Sometimes even without asking, I would receive amazing and unexpected information. I shared this information with people, and they confirmed that it was accurate. I was certain that I was working with something Divine, because there was no way I could have consciously known what I had told them.
Eventually, after working with many people, I realised that if I could help people to heal, I could also teach them about healing. I started teaching two day healing and self development classes at twenty two. People kept asking me to teach them how to heal on a deep level but I didn’t feel ready.
I was also doing a lot of research and study at the time, which included interviewing well known authors and healers such as Carolyn Myss, Dr Bernie Siegel, Dr John Demartini, Dan Millman, Susan Jeffers and many others.
When I turned twenty five I knew that I was ready to teach people how to heal themselves on a deep level. I spent months writing up a thorough manual for healing, to give people the ground work to change their lives on all levels. I didn’t want to just give people techniques for healing; I wanted to help them tune into their own wisdom and intuition so that they could connect to their Divinity and have the easy simple tools they could use to change their lives.
This became the Visionary Intuitive Healing® course. I start the course by teaching people empowering ways of thinking and questioning their lives. For example instead of coming up with all the reasons why they should limit themselves because they may perceive that they don’t have enough money, time, confidence or talent I tell them to ask, How can I do this? What would be required for incredible love and abundance to appear in my life? If I never worried about money, how much could I achieve? These questions don’t necessarily need to be answered immediately, they are there to guide people in the right direction and to allow the answers to come from a higher intelligence.
I also teach people how to connect to and use their intuition, work with a nine chakras system, release negative thinking within minutes, clear negative vows, clear cords between people in order to improve their relationships, and above all to trust their Divine guidance.
Divine Intervention
Incredibly, the day after I taught my first Visionary Intuitive Healing® workshop, I was reading a book about the famous healer Edgar Cayce who and his angelic encounter. As I read, I thought, I would love to receive some angelic guidance. Within a moment I was in the presence of the most beautiful giant angel I had ever seen. The angel told me that my purpose and gift in life is to teach others how to heal. He also shared with me that I would travel the world teaching and would appear on television and in magazines. I was overwhelmed by all that I had been told, and for the rest of the day, questioned my experience. However that night, which happened to be a Saturday, at about nine o’clock, I received a phone call from a journalist who writes for Woman’s Day. She told me that she wanted to interview me for the an article the next week. She lived in Sydney and I was going to be there the following week, for the first time in five years.
Before I hung up, the journalist asked me if I worked with angels. That was an incredible confirmation of the divine energy that I felt was guiding me. Soon after, I appeared on channel 7 Sunrise, to conduct a self-healing challenge. Thousands of people e-mailed me about the incredible power of self-healing and the results they achieved from the process I demonstrated. I have since travelled all over Australia, as well as Europe and London and will be travelling to the USA in the near future.
I would like to share with you a simple process which I have taught in my workshops and on Television that you can use to release pain.
Pain Release Process
Please close your eyes and tighten your whole body. Hold the tension for a moment and then let it go and take a deep breathe in, releasing all stress from your body. You may need to do this process several times to completely relax.
Now, place your hands on the part of your body where you are experiencing pain. If you can’t reach that part put your attention on it and breathe into it. You may also want to have a pen and paper ready to write down any response your body gives you. Breathe into the pain and feel what is going on in that part of your body. Ask if that part of your body has a message for you. Do not judge what the message is. It could be very simple - that you listen too much to other people and don’t trust yourself or that you are holding onto unresolved pain from the past or even that you need some rest, etc.
Tell your body that you are willing to make changes so that it can heal.
Now, focus on the area just above your head and say: I now choose to connect to my Divine Healing Intelligence.
Imagine that healing gold light now pours into your head. Be aware of any tingling sensation you may be feeling.
Now place your hands out in front of you. And repeat either aloud or to yourself:
I now activate my own healing ability. I now activate my own healing ability. I now activate my own healing ability.
Now imagine the gold light is pouring into your hands and activating them for healing.
Place the hands on the part of your body which has pain and say:
I allow all pain in my body to now release I allow all pain in my body to now release I allow all pain in my body to now release
Observe as gold light dissolves all the pain and tension from your body. You may even see a grey heavy energy get dissipate and leaves your body.
When all the density has released, say:
I welcome healing energy into my body I welcome healing energy into my body I welcome healing energy into my body.
You may visualize this healing energy as pink or green light and observe as it moves through your whole body and regenerates it.
Take another deep breath in, notice how much better and relaxed you feel and say with all your belief:
IT IS DONE!
When you are ready, gently bring your attention back to the room you are in and open your eyes, feeling relaxed, alert and refreshed.
Become aware of how different you feel. If you are in pain practice this process several times a day.

The Secret Language of Your Body Systems A Choice to Heal
By Inna Segal Every disease or disorder a person experiences feeds on negative thoughts, feelings or energies. The more density there is in your mind the more fuel your body has to degenerate.
The first step towards healing is making a decision that you are ready to get better. The next step is learning to understand your blocks and limitations.
Often, recognizing the thoughts, emotions and attitudes which have contributed to the problem can begin the healing process. This is because when you have awareness of the cause you have choice. Choice gives you an opportunity to reflect on your life, become aware of what does not work and do something different.
Healing encompasses every aspect of your being, including your physical health and fitness, emotional wellbeing, mental attitude, energetic welfare and spiritual strength.
It is important to recognize that your body is not your enemy; it is a messenger which can help you to know yourself more fully.
Healing Always Means Transformation
Healing always means transformation. To heal, you need to change your thoughts, feelings and actions from what does not work to what can, and does.
Whatever part or system of your body is experiencing a problem needs to be looked at as a metaphorical representation of the challenges you are dealing with in your life.
As an intuitive healer I see a lot of clients who change their lives and let go of problems when they begin to understand the interconnection between their ways of living and the problem they are experiencing.
Zelda, a woman in her mid forties, came to see me because she had problems with her heart and wanted to find out what was the cause of her pain. When we looked at what was happening in Zelda’s life, she became aware of several patterns.
Zelda held onto buried pain from the past, she was constantly stressed about her work and worried about people in her life. She lived on her own and felt isolated and lonely. Zelda was also extremely self-critical in regard to any little mistakes she made.
Once Zelda became truly aware of what she was doing to herself and how it was causing her heart disease, she began forgiving the people who had hurt her in the past and letting go of her buried pain. Zelda realized that her job was causing her a lot of unhappiness and she quit.
She also began to socialize more and relax, and do creative things which opened her heart. Instead of being so harsh with herself she started using humor and laughing rather then beating herself up. Incredibly her heart condition, which doctors had said was incurable, healed.
Your Body is Your Teacher
Your body is your teacher. It gives you opportunities to learn and expand. Once you have learnt your lessons, it heals because there is no need to keep holding onto the pain any longer.
Your body systems teach you lessons of empowerment, confidence, love, compassion, forgiveness and much more.
The more you understand your body and its specific components the more tools you have to bring it back to health and balance.
Healing takes you through many different stages and layers of discovering who you are. Sometimes change happens quickly, at other times you can experience, stuckness, frustration, and chaos.
Healing occurs on many levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. So please be patient with your transformation, and take time to discover and empower all the different aspects of yourself.
What the Systems of Your Body Can Teach You
The Nervous System
The nervous system helps us to create a link between our external and internal worlds. It teaches us that what we experience within is also reflected in the outside world and vice versa. The nervous system begins to breakdown when we experience internal and external conflict, stress and fear.
To work with the nervous system you need to discover your inner strength, take responsibility for your decisions and develop a sense of humour.
The Circulatory System
The circulatory system provides sustenance and nurturing to our bodies. It teaches us about relationships with other people and with ourselves. The circulatory system begins to break down when we blame others for our experiences, hold onto anger, fear and self-loathing.
To regenerate the circulatory system we need to be willing to take risks and open our hearts to love, joy and fulfilment. We need to start saying YES to life.
The Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system helps to cleanse our bodies and destroys bacteria. It teaches us how to stand up for ourselves and fight for what we believe in. The lymphatic system begins to break down when we allow fear, guilt and doubts to rule our lives.
To restore the lymphatic system we need to develop self-esteem, self-appreciation and creativity. We need to allow ourselves to play and be spontaneous.
The Respiratory System
The respiratory system keeps us alive buy supplying oxygen to the blood and releasing waste products. It gives us energy, helps us grow and move. It teaches us how to recognise what works and is helpful in our lives, and what we need to let go of. The respiratory system begins to break down when we carry feelings of resentment, bitterness, judgement and anger.
To repair the respiratory system we need to learn how to be compassionate, forgiving and loving with ourselves and others.
The Digestive System
The digestive system helps us to digest food and our life experiences. It also helps us to assimilate what is beneficial and release what is harmful. It gives us insights into how we live our lives, provides intuitive insights and helps us to let go of the old and welcome the new. The digestive system begins to break down when we sabotage our progress, buy into fear, hold onto guilt and act like victims.
To improve the digestive system we need to start nourishing, loving and honouring ourselves by listening to our intuition, practicing patience and using our creative talents and abilities.
The Muscular System
The muscular system gives us strength, support and the ability to move. It helps us to see things from different points of view and have flexibility in our bodies and lives. The muscular system begins to break down when we stress, carry too much responsibility on our shoulders and become stuck.
To strengthen the muscular system we need to relax, build our confidence, express our feelings and ask for help.
The Reproductive System
The reproductive system allows us to experience sexual connection, nourishment and life. It helps us to express love, experience pleasure and give birth. The reproductive system begins to break down when we hold onto guilt, shame and humiliation from past relationships.
To regenerate the reproductive system we need to learn how to value ourselves, forgive others and enjoy our sensuality.
The Urinary System
The urinary system removes waste from the body, in the form of urine so that the different systems of the body can utilize a clean supply of body fluids. The urinary system begins to break down when we feel pissed off, irritated, angry and bitter.
To heal the urinary system we need to take responsibility for our actions, recognise that we always have a choice, and increase our self-worth.
The Skeletal System
The skeletal system provides support, protection and structure for the body. It helps us to protect the other body systems from external environment and teaches us about boundaries. The skeletal system begins to break down when we judge ourselves and others harshly, feel betrayed, resentful and bitter.
To strengthen the skeletal system we need to become flexible, self-sufficient and learn to look for blessings in challenging situations.
The Endocrine System
The endocrine system produces and releases hormones into the blood, which act as messengers that influence almost every part of the body. It helps us to regulate our emotions, behaviors and metabolism. The endocrine system begins to break-down when we experience stress, stuckness, confusion and frustration.
To repair the endocrine system we need to listen to the messages our bodies are trying to give us and create a more balanced, healthy and happy lifestyle.
The Immune System
The immune system identifies viruses, bacteria and any foreign bodies and tells the brain to activate the immune processes. It helps us to stay strong, healthy and clear. The immune system begins to breakdown when we feel insecure, experience inner conflict, feel pressured, or threatened.
To strengthen the immune system we need to focus within and allow the innate wisdom of our body to guide us. We need to focus on staying true to ourselves and have the courage to stand up for what we believe in.
Love, Understand & Listen
The key to having a healthy body is to understand, love and listen to the wisdom it has to share with you.
